Successful Transition
to Adulthood

Claudia Wenger, MS, BCBA supports families and individuals with varying needs through the transition from school to adulthood. Individuals with special needs face unique life challenges that may interfere with successful transition to adulthood, but with information, thoughtful transition planning and rigorous intervention many issues can be mitigated. Secondary Transition may begin as early as age 13 and continues through adulthood.
